From building our Texas operation from the ground up — reaching $5 million in revenue in its first year — to assembling and mentoring a highly skilled team, Jake’s leadership reflects his passion for both people and performance. He holds contractor licenses for Refrigeration, HVAC, and Plumbing in Texas and New Mexico, ensuring our work meets the highest standards in the industry.
Jake’s journey in HVAC began at just 13 years old, working alongside his father in Tucson, Arizona. From his first service call, he was hooked, fascinated by how HVAC systems work and motivated by the ability to make homes and businesses more comfortable. Over the years, he’s worked on everything from specialized lab refrigeration to large-scale industrial chillers, all while keeping a clear focus on his ultimate goal: creating the best possible work environment for his teams and expanding opportunities for HVAC professionals across multiple states.
